Venngage surveyed over 300 marketers to see what worked for them in 2016 and what didn’t, and to see the role they expect visual content to play in their 2017 marketing strategies. While some of their findings are to be expected, like the fact that 90 percent of marketers surveyed said they used visuals in over half of the content they published, or how the use of visual content by marketers increased by 130 percent from 2015 to 2016. However, some of the stats might surprise you. But only 15.2 percent of marketers surveyed said that they used video and presentations more than anything else.
