And sometimes, that necessity can turn into a harmful habit that causes us to neglect our own self-care. Turns out, there's a bot for that. Twitter citizen @jonnysun recognized these unhealthy tendencies in himself, and so created a bot that sends gentle nudges like "please remember to look up from your screen" and "breathe deeply please." hi everyone, i made a quick bot for myself with tiny actionable self-care reminders bc i've been obsessively on twitter lately: @tinycarebot — jomny sun (@jonnysun) November 13, 2016 And it appears that much of the twitterverse could use the polite reminders, because @tinycarebot already has 20.7K followers on Twitter.
